Hartwell Areena

Hartwell Areena (Areenankuja 1, Helsinki) – opened in 1997, the Hartwall Arena is one of the liveliest centers of entertainment in Europe: concerts, operas, dance performances, top ice-hockey and other sporting events, and to an increasing extent private corporate events.  Its seating capacity for pop and rock musical events is 15,000, and acts as the home of the Jokerit pro hockey team.

 

Previous concerts held here include:  Bryan Adams, Aerosmith, Backstreet Boys, David Bowie, Cher, Eric Clapton, Phil Collins, Lana del Rey, Depeche Mode, Billy Idol, Enrique Iglesias, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, Kylie Minogue, Rammstein, Rihanna, Rush, Shakira, Britney Spears, The Who, Robbie Williams, and many others.  Also, a number of shows have been held here, such as Riverdance, Jesus Christ Superstar, Cats, Les Misérables, David Copperfield, and Disney on Ice.  For more info on upcoming events see Hartwell’s website:  www.hartwall-areena.com
